Confused!!! requested men and van.Tom Large Van and Female turned up & loaded van with no trouble for first run from our Borough Green address to our new address in Hildenborough.
Jon then phoned for address in Sevenoaks to pick up our large heavy leather sofa, as he was nearby and had finished his Sevenoaks relocation job.having delivered the Sofa Jon appeared in Borough Green to assist Tom by taking a van load over to Hildenborough. Advised this not a usual occurrence but I found this a very accommodating, hard working and professional service.

Booked men and van pleasantly surprised when two vans and two drivers turned up and minimised the time it took to relocate our three bed from Leybourne to Barming. Recommended to this service when moving from one bed flat in Rye, with less than easy access this service patiently walked my effects the distance to their van, which to my amazement accommodated all my items resulting in only one trip to Hastings Sussex. You must be joking, he’s turned up in an Astra Van to move me between 2 Bedroom Houses. Jon calmly walked around house surveying my effects and then advised that his large van had broken down, ( HELP) but not to worry as his colleaque Tom was attending in his large van at 10am.. 10 turned into 11, what else is going to go wrong.
MY vendor who delayed vacant possesion of my new abode by longer than Jon and Tom took to load and unload. Not too thankful for the initial shook re size of van but totally impressed with the way Jon and Tom worked very hard & carefully handling my effects.

Harrogate estate agent being less than understanding of distance from current Edenbridge Home, Jons logistic timetable advise destressed a potentially very stressful moving day.
must admit to being very sceptical when jon first pulled up in his van but 45 mins later amazed that our belongings only took up 3/4 of the load space in jons van.

Unknowingly rebooked this service to relocate items from Brighton to Crowborough. Jon did warn his van was playing up and may not start when loaded, glad the van cooperated to complete the task. sympathy for jon when his van failed to start outside crowborough address and his 7 hour wait to be recovered.

Jon told me he had never failed-- YET still I knew that some of my furniture in my Horsham storeage unit were quite chunky. Jon coolly emptied my storeage unit and magically ( so it seemed to me) loaded his van. Shame my new Greenwich house was less receptive to my furniture, again Jon kept his cool and manipulated my chunky items into rooms built for a different age and smaller furniture. Jon left me with these victorious words “ swing a cat” & “still not failed”.

I thought the van was a bit small but how surprised was I when having filled their van I had more boxes left in my flat than I advised on my form. Even thlough it was obvious the driver was not a 100% well he helped me filled a second van I hired and we drove from Horsham Sussex through thunder storms on Friday Afternoon to our new residence
in Ely nr Cambridge.

I knew the Road in Tonbridge I was moving into was a bit small but the larger of their two vans did not have enough room to turn in, so they had to transfer items into their smaller van to access my new home.

Having had another white van man leave us in the lurch, we were very pleasantly impressed when, at short notice, this one attend early, addressed us as sir and aided by our staff efficiently, completed the requested task of relocating our items from our Bromley offices into our Kent storage facility.     Matt C.T. at vanameyde.co.uk

 We will definitely be using this service again. They were punctual - in fact 5 minutes early
 which is always a good start. They worked solidly from 8am until the job was done in temperatures of 30 degrees celsius and only stopped to drink water - I offered them tea but they did not accept my offer, till they had completed, as it would only slow them down (!). 
 All our 'breakables' were unbroken (we have a lot of glass furniture) and all other items were A1.
 I so impressed with the service I referred them to a work colleague moving to Hampstead, who also was equally impressed.

Question, How do you recognize A good man and van service? Well you could read what past clients think of their service (more testimonials click here). But it might also assist you to know that I have been self motivated and self employed since 1988, my courier driving insurance package is subject to a
5 YEARS no claim bonus and that after 20 years and in excess of 500,000 miles of driving commercially
 I have one SP endorsement ( I fell victim to a mobile camera van at 06.00hrs on an empty road) and my Goods In Transit insurance has never been claimed against. Of course if money is tight there is the cheaper service with emulsion painted advert on the side of an unwashed van.
